Refund policy
Payments for Anatomovie are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
14 days, no questions
If you are not happy with a paid plan, ask for a refund within 14 days of the first payment and you will get the full amount back. The same applies within 14 days of a yearly renewal.
Monthly renewals
Monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel any time and the plan stays until the end of the month you paid for.
How to ask
Write to hello@anatomovie.com from the email of your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5–10 days.
Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
